Repair Authority Appoints New CEO

Carl Kozlowski

In a March 11 news announcement, Repair Authority — a home medical equipment (HME) repair specialist headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio — said Kozlowski is replacing retiring CEO Jesse Keirn.

Kozlowski has served in the health-care industry for nearly 40 years, most recently as the CEO of Cardiothoracic & Surgical Associates. His responsibilities at Repair Authority will include leading the company’s growth strategy. Currently, Repair Authority has service centers in Fort Worth, Texas, and Manchester, Tennessee, in addition to the service center at its corporate offices in Ohio.

“He will oversee the company’s plans for expansion through acquisition and organic growth, building a nationwide network of HME repair centers to serve an increasingly consolidating industry,” the announcement said. “The company also aims to expand its OEM partnerships for repairs of oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP devices, ventilators and other home medical equipment.”

“I am thrilled to join the Repair Authority team to lead this company through its next stage of growth,” Kozlowski said. “After nearly 40 years working in health care, I’ve seen firsthand the essential role that homecare plays in the continuum of care, and I’m proud of the role Repair Authority plays in allowing patients to receive their respiratory care at home.”

In addition to servicing stationary and portable oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP systems, and ventilators, Repair Authority services cough-assist devices, suction machines, compressors, and liquid oxygen systems.
